New Patient Registration
Anyone in the UK can register with us. You can register in one of three ways:
Online: The fastest way to register - click here.
Download: Print, and complete the registration form here, then email, post, or bring it to us.
In person: Visit reception and complete a registration form.
Home visits are only available for patients who live within the practice boundary* and meet the clinical criteria.
*The practice visiting boundary covers the following areas: Barnstaple, Braunton, Instow, Yelland, Fremington, Bickington, Bishops Taunton, Swimbridge Newland, Swimbridge, Northleigh, Mudford, Lynton and surrounding areas.
