Practice Accessibility

At our GP surgery, we prioritise inclusivity and accessibility for all our patients. Our practice building has been thoughtfully reviewed to accommodate the needs of everyone as best as we can within the constraints of the building. This includes individuals with mobility impairments, wheelchair users, those with visual and auditory impairments, and patients with learning disabilities. We offer accessible parking spaces located conveniently close to the entrance, which is equipped with automatic doors to facilitate easy access. Inside, our facility features ramps and lifts, ensuring all areas are reachable for everyone. The majority of our restrooms are accessible and include changing facilities to cater to the diverse needs of our patients. To assist those with visual impairments, we have installed easy-to-read signs throughout the practice. For our patients with hearing difficulties, we provide induction loops at the reception area. We are committed to making continuous improvements to our facility and services, ensuring a welcoming, accessible environment for all our patients. Your comfort and ease of access are paramount to us, and we welcome any feedback or suggestions on how we can further enhance our support for patients with specific needs.
