Queens Medical Centre is unfortunately experiencing a lot of staff absences throughout our clinical team due to illness. We are very aware that this is having a significant impact on the delivery of our services. We are extremely sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing patients, particularly those who may have been contacted on a number of occasions to have their appointments re-arranged. Staff are working hard to ensure you are informed and are prevented from making a wasted journey to the surgery. We are doing our best to maintain the levels of service our patients expect from us and would ask that you please bear with us and we would hope to resume normal service shortly.
